CHICKEN CACCIATORE: with sausage, potatoes, olives in marinara sauce.

CHICKEN PICCATA: with capers & white wine sauce.

CHICKEN PRIMAVERA: with vegetables in a light cream or marinara sauce.

CHICKEN PARMESANO: battered and topped with mozzarella, then baked in a tomato sauce.

CHICKEN JERUSALEM: sauteed with black olives, artichokes & mushrooms.

PETTO di POLLO: whole grilled chicken breast topped with Italian salsa.

CHICKEN SALTIMBOCA: sauteed chicken with shallots, marsala wine, topped with ham & mozzarella on a bed of spinach leaves.

TERIYAKI CHICKEN BROCHETTES: skewered chicken, bell peppers, onions, pineapples with honey teriyaki glaze.

CHICKEN FAJITAS: marinated chicken, fresh tomatoes, cheese, cilantro & sauteed peppers rolled in a flour tortilla with sour cream, served w/ Mexican rice

CHICKEN FLORENTINE: whole chicken breast rolled & stuffed with spinach ricotta and scallions, sliced and served with wine sauce.

MANICOTTI: pasta shells stuffed with meat, cheese, and Italian herbs in pomodoro cream sauce.

MANICOTTI FLORENTINE: pasta shells stuffed with spinach & cheese in pomodoro cream sauce.

TORTELLINI AL FREDO: cheese filled pasta in cream & parmesan sauce.

RAVIOLI: meat or cheese-filled pasta in a cream , marinara sauce or basil pesto sauce.

RIGATONI: with a creamy pesto sauce & toasted pine nuts.

PASTA PRIMAVERA: with julienne vegetables in a light cream sauce or chipotle sauce.

BEEF BROCHETTES: skewered beef, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, served with house demiglaze sauce.
