Chicken entrees are served with a choice of Rice Pilaf or Roasted Potatoes.

CHICKEN MARSALA: with mushrooms, scallions, marsala wine & Italian herbs

CHICKEN CACCIATORE: with sausage, potatoes, olives in marinara sauce.

CHICKEN PICCATA: with capers & white wine sauce.

CHICKEN PRIMAVERA: with vegetables in a light cream or marinara sauce.

CHICKEN PARMESANO: battered and topped with mozzarella, then baked in a tomato sauce.

CHICKEN JERUSALEM: sauteed with black olives, artichokes & mushrooms.

PETTO di POLLO: whole grilled chicken breast topped with Italian salsa.

CHICKEN SALTIMBOCA: sauteed chicken with shallots, marsala wine, topped with ham & mozzarella on a bed of spinach leaves.

TERIYAKI CHICKEN BROCHETTES: skewered chicken, bell peppers, onions, pineapples with honey teriyaki glaze.

CHICKEN FAJITAS: marinated chicken, fresh tomatoes, cheese, cilantro & sauteed peppers rolled in a flour tortilla with sour cream, served w/ Mexican rice

CHICKEN FLORENTINE: whole chicken breast rolled & stuffed with spinach ricotta and scallions, sliced and served with wine sauce.

CHICKEN MONTE CARLO: chicken breast & prawns sauteed in dill sauce. $14.50

ROAST TURKEY BREAST: with gravy, apple sausage stuffing or garlic mashed potatoes $13.50
